If any product or the pump mechanism is defective, or the product is damaged in shipment, please call me directly at 970-405-1259 to request a return authorization. When I receive the product, we will ship you a new fresh product immediately.
Do you guarantee that the products will work for me, and can I return them if I'm not satisfied with the results?

​I cannot make any guarantees about how the products will work for any individual. The goal is to attain hormone balance and the time needed to accomplish that is dependent on many factors, including age, health, diet, nutritional deficiencies, whether your glands are functioning properly and how long your hormones have been out of balance.
You may need to adjust your dose back and forth to find what works best for you.Please give the products at least 1 or 2 months to re-establish hormone balance. Due to the importance of progesterone in hormone balancing, It is our recommendation that you use progesterone creme with estrogen. You will be very happy with its effectiveness!I will refund any products returned with unbroken seals but not products that have been opened unless they are defective when you receive them. I can't refund any shipping costs. All returns will need a return authorization number. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, except for back ordered items. If an item will be on back order for more that 5 days, we will ship the rest of your order and ship the back ordered item as soon as it is back in stock.
